1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Companyplanner platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Customer") and Vinduespudserskolen ApS ("we", "us", "our").


2. Description of the Service

Companyplanner is a business management software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool designed for small businesses, including early-stage entrepreneurs.

The platform allows users to manage operations such as planning, scheduling, invoicing, and customer management.


3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.


4. Use of the Service

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not use the platform to store or transmit unlawful or harmful content
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


5. Integrations and Third Parties

Companyplanner may offer integrations with third-party services (e.g., Dinero, Make). Use of these integrations is at your discretion and subject to third-party terms and privacy policies.

We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party services.


6. Payment and Subscriptions

Companyplanner may offer paid features or subscriptions in the future. Users will be notified of pricing and terms before activation.

All payments are handled through secure third-party providers. Refunds, if any, are subject to our refund policy (to be defined when monetization begins).


7. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. As part of the Service, you may upload customer data. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful grounds to process such data.

We act as a data processor in relation to your customer data and provide a Data Processing Agreement upon request.


8. Availability and Support

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code on Companyplanner is the intellectual property of Vinduespudserskolen ApS.

You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of the Service without written permission.


10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account with notice if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.


11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform is error-free or suitable for any specific purpose.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, business interruption, or lost profits.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the Service in the past 12 months.


13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen.
